I live at Autumn Grove as well on a first floor and have never had one problem with bugs...NEVER. I think bugs come in when there are messy apartments and food on the floor. The leasing girls are great and are always eager to help me out. As far as noise it is not that bad except for the fat asses above me that walk like elephants.
