I moved into my 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment in March and have felt very homey in it so far. Yes, I can hear the girls upstairs trompsing around in their hi heels getting ready to go out on the town, but other than that, it's quiet, you don't hear people coming and going and I LOVE the fact that you don't walk out into a hallway and smell everyones supper on the stove!

I would suggest you PUSH for the type of apartment you want. I really wanted a 3rd floor with the vaulted ceilings and fire place and I felt the staff wasn't quite as accomodating at getting that for me as I thought they would be, but I am satisfied with my apartment. The utilities are VERY low here and the closet...HUGE!!! The rent is a little pricey, but if you can afford it, take a look. The apartment complex is rather large and as opposed to what others have said about parking, I never have a problem. If they hate it so bad, they need to pay for a garage! If I had to choose again, I would have gotten an apartment on the "inside" of the property instead of facing Q street which is a very busy road.

The staff...I can't say much for them yet, they have been very nice. As far as packages go, they have been VERY accomodating on getting packages to me. I even ran into the apartment manager one night around 11pm and he got a package out of the office for me.

This is my "home" for the next 10 months, so I need to learn to like it!!! I think you will too!

All in all, not a problem yet!
