Deplorable, ineffective, unmoved management when there is a problem with noise and a miserable excuse for an upstairs neighbor. Time after time for over two months mgmt has notified a neighbor to reduce the noise, pounding, music and general disrespect for the other tenants, which has absolutely no positive results. The noise continues and nothing is being done again and again, the noise has gotten worse and worse because the neighbor is a pathetic excuse of a human being but that is beside the point. Over and over I have been rudely awakened in the middle of the night by this neighbors children ( and the parent taking part ) intentionally stomping by my door, pounding on my door as they pass, destroying my childrens property, intentionally jumping on my ceiling. This is not a healthy place to reside if you are attempting to raise a family with honorable standards and a higher quality of life. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. If I did wish to seek revenge, this would be cruel and unusual even to my enemy.
I believe this to be absolutely the worst most ineffective managment I have ever experienced.
