I cannot believe the lousy management here. They allow and permit tenants to let thier dogs ---- everywhere and think its ok. One day I watched at least 5 people walk thier dog(s), They WATCH thier dog(s) ----, walk on by WITHOUT picking it up. Why dont let thier dogs ---- by thier window so at night they could lay there and smell it. The stench is horrid in the breezways. Management thinks this is normal and sit back and watch. Management here will be happy to take your money for the move in but once your in they treat you like a piece of ---- that is laying in front of your window from the dog across the hall. All in all they think this is regency when its the biggest dump smelly ---- hole I have ever lived in. I moved in from the inner city to get away from crime there is more here then there. Myneighbors car had been broken into twice and now i hear the are having a "rash" of so called garage break-ins. ( Has to be an inside job the garages are automating locking. ) The parking sucks really bad in the front of the complex and you smell mold from thier so called "mini-lake". This is the biggest dump the worse management. DO NOT CONSIDER.

I live here now and cannot wait for my lease to expire!!!! The office staff, very very rude. I agree regarding pets and the odor. Regarding the parking I agree its terrible. I will never ever ever suggest this place to anyone, not even thier dog. (no pun intended)
