The owner/operated company is terrible. A typical corporate pushover. They will not work with you to resolve any problems whatsoever. It's always the tenants fault regardless of the issue!
The customer service is the worst I've ever seen. Unfortunately, I feel trapped in my lease.
I had a similar issue with my carpets. Mold, bacteria and filth. I'm just warning you - BEWARE!!!
