Don't believe the 50% ratings on this one, you'll really sell yourself short if you don't give them a visit. Ive been a tenant for the last 3 years and I have never been happier with any apartment complex I've lived in. Part of that is due to the gorgeous apartments and the other is that I got very very lucky with the management, who have been fantastic from Day One. I've lost count of the number of times the staff has gone above and beyond the call of duty (noticing problems after hours and giving me a phone call, for example). They are always very friendly and eager to help. Maintenance issues have been taken care of within 24 hours of reporting them (sooner if it's an emergency) and I usually get a follow-up phone call to make sure everything was fixed to my satisfaciton. The snow removal here has always been good, but lately they've had the walks and stairways cleared before I stepped out to go to work. The trash bins have been tending to get full right before pickup day, but it hasn't been nearly as dramatic as some residents have reported. I'm leaving soon as a result of a corporate relocation, but I'd move back to this complex again in a heartbeat.
