I moved to Omaha two years ago and one of my co-workers who also moved here recommended I live at Autumn Grove. After looking around town at other complexes close to where I would be working, I thought the staff and overall environment was the best offer for a reasonable price in Omaha. Of course no apartment complex is perfect and no staff can be friendly at all times, but I think they do a good job. I have lived in two different apartment complexes before moving here and have never had a staff member call me to follow up on maintenance - never and I thought it was just great and spoke volumes about the kind of quality here. I love the security system, never had one of those before, and I can honestly say that it is the nicest apartment I have ever lived in, and everyone who has visited agrees.

This must have been a relative of the staff or something. Other apartments around here are nice a less exspensive. If you like the alarm system then I'll cross my fingers that you have a car alarm too. Two cars have been broken into within the last two weeks. Maybe the leasing office needs to quit focusing on a few late credit card payments and focus on calling personal referrals or more extensive back ground cheks. I realize that the break-ins could have been someone that didn't live here but I have seen tenants doing questionable things. No place you live will be perfect but this one's not even close.

"I totally agree with you. I saw a young man smoking weed out on his porch and called them. THey did nothing about this and acted like i didn't even call.
