I have lived in these apartments for a year and I have to say they have their pros and cons. The apartments themselves are spacious and kept up well. Plus, the open walkways are nice becuase you don't ahve to smell others' dinner etc. However, if I were to go back in time I would not consider the workout facility in part of the overall package. This is the main con! There are only 4 pieces of cardio equipment and atleast one or more of them are consistently broken and repairs are far less than speedy or efficient!! FOr the last seven weeks (yes i kept track) one or both treadmills have been broken on a consistent basis. So, if the workout room is not something of concern to you, these are great apartments, but if it is something you are considering in the overall package I would look elsewhere!
