Whatever you do...don't move to Timber Ridge. There is trash everywhere, hallways are nasty, crime is happening all the time, lots of drugs, maintence doesn't fix anything in a timely manner (mailbox took 7 months and the post master getting involved to fix) and the oven a year to fix. There is mice (I have killed 3 - including 1 yesterday). Their response is that "it isn't our problem." Sorry it is too...its your building. These are a FEW of the complaints. NEVER NEVER NEVER move here. It is the ghetto of northwest Omaha.
