No Heat, No Water

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2005
 
Today is the second time since I've lived here that MUD has threatened to turn off the complex's gas and water for nonpayment by the management. Last time it was shut off for one day because the Management didn't pay the bill for SIX MONTHS. 12 managers in three years. Stealing by maintenance, police helicopters, staff racism and epithets, filthy halls.
