I had recently looked at the "Avalon Hills" apartments, and was pleased with the new remodeled look, so I ahd planned on moving there, the only problem was, was that I would be turning 19 in 3 weeks so I had to wait until 3 weeks. i was really worried about waiting because I was expecting a baby 2 weeks after my birthday, and move in date. The lady had promised me that a place would for sure be open for me, and that I would also FORSURE be qualified for the 99 dollar deposit special, and that they were also thinking abour raising the rent from 575 to 620 a month, but she had promised me that I would for sure still get the 575 deal, and to make sure of that she had written it on my application, well a week before my birthday I was getting really anxious, and already had my stuff packed ready to move, I had called up there to make sure of everything, and a lady had tld me that NOI dont qualify, and I would have to pay the 620 plus the 350 deposit. So now my 3 weeks away from my due date, and dont have a place. The point is, they do this kind f stuff to alot of people, and whatever you do do not move into this place. I've heard so many bad things about them, so in a way maybe it was a good thing things didnt work out. They are snotty -------!
