I just moved into Avalon Hills less than a week ago. I just relocated from the south and needed somewhere fast. I only signed a six month lease. The property has come a long way as I understand it, but management,-- or lack thereof-- is yet to reach a milestone. I was told different costs when doing the application from what they tried to get me to pay at time of move in. They said it was because the specials are for people signing a year lease.(That was never told to me during the tour or when I turned in the application) They are very unorganized (my husband's set of keys were lost, paperwork misplaced, etc..) and a lot of things are not right with the apartment and it has supposedly "remodeled." LOOKS CAN BE VERY DECEIVING!!!!!!!!
