I've lived here for just under a year now, and honestly can't complain too much. The staff is occasionally rude, the roads have potholes all over, and there's nothing special about the place. But I moved into a "newly remodeled" apartment (it looks decent, though the materials/workmanship are average at best), I've had absolutely zero problems with noise (I live on the edge of the complex), and the rent price is decent (I've got a third floor with a fireplace, in-unit washer/dryer, and garage). I've only had to call maintenance once (the front door lock was broken), and their response time was fine.
