I also agree that -------is very rude and defensive. She doesn t have the proper people skills to handle problems such as those. When I would talk with her she would talk to me as if I were bothering her with my stupid questions. This is not a place I would ever live again not only because of the rude property manager but the complex itself is horrible, gangs of kids running around, in and out of the buildings (which should be only accessed by those with keys), writing racial slang on the walls of the hallways, yelling at people as they walk by, car break-ins constantly (when you would call the office to let them know what had happened they would simply say thanks for letting us know ), kids pulling guns on other kids, I could literally go on and on. This is not a place I would want my family to live. I would advise others to think before moving into Avalon Hills.

yeah parking is bad. It depends where you live though because other spots there is any spot you want. My place there is no parking.

I totally agree with you the kids here have went from bad to worse. Probally beacuse nothing is ever done about it. Its ALWAYS the same group of about 6 kids who harrass, vandalize the property, yell foul language, racial slurs, destroy and break into empty apts and residents cars...ect. I could really go on but whats the point. Obviously the office staff has become so far removed from residents problems with these kids that nothing will be done. New adult residents here are really bad about throwing thier trash and baby diapers (YUCK!) out on thier patios making the place look trashy and smelling bad. I think the best solution is for the management company in texas to read these reviews and SHOW UP UNEXPEXTEDLY!!!! Giving the current staff a weeks notice give them time to wrap a pretty bow on everything. See this place for what its REALLY becoming!
