we have lived here for 3.5 years and we are not happy with the current management of avalon hills. some of our property has gotten damaged and renters insurance did not cover it. as far as management is concerned it is not their fault. but it happened in their apartment. Avalon Hills has a faulty drainage system that floods 1st floor apartments. So, if your furniture gets damaged OH WELL! Make sure you have renters insurance living here because if anything happens to your belongings Avalon Hills will tell you "We are not responsible for it".

Every apartment complex has those same guidelines. If there is ever any damages (from fire, floods, thief or etc.) to your belongs you are responsible. That is why it is very important to get good renters insurance!! Also I have lived at many apartments, I'm going on my 2nd year here and I think is a great place to live! The management staff is finally a good staff and Christy (the manger) is so helpful and does what she can to solve any problems!
