Im new to Omaha (3 weeks) and I spent two days looking for a place to live. I had already settled on another location, but thought I would drop by Avalon for kicks and giggles. I was blown away at the differences right away. The patios are nice, the apartments are bright and the staff was friendly like I had known them for years. They did not try to sell me with lies. So, I decided to move into Avalon. All the girls at the front desk have been a tremendous help. If I need something they have answers. I needed a couch, and they helped me find one - free and in good shape. Im confident that if I needed something fixed or addressed, it would be taken care of. It upsets me that people (or one person) has come on here and tried to create a bad reputation. All the posts within 2 days' And all Anonymous' AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
