Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Things were ok until Krishna LLC took over they tried to tell us our rent was late when our check had already cleared the bank. We had numerous neighbors with the same problem. When Vann reality owned Bear Creek it was a good place to live. The did all of our repairs on our apartment in a timely manner and the staff was always friendly to us and we never had any problems. We liked the ease of being able to pay our rent at Rock Creek now the payment has to be mailed to some owners House. Come on who are we kidding''' This is now like living in a crap hole!I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy the new owners lack people skills and a personality. BEWARE!!!
