This apartment complex was a joke.

The owners were nice but were only concerned with money.

My apartment was so cold during the winter I could see my breath.

The owners did nothing about that.

The entire first floor flooded and all they did was dry the hall carpeting and put it back which caused a smell that was unbearable.

Just avoid the place at all cost.

there's no maintenance i moved in 3 weeks ago the smoke alarms been beeping need new batteries and they promised to get new batteries for them and the bed room be repainted they haven't done it yet. and i noticed the oven did NOT get cleaned there still burned food stuck at the bottom of the oven. resident at bear creek

yes i agree with the people who wrote a bad review of bear creek apts.heck they told me my gas bill would be anywhere from 8-20 bucks amo. ha! thats a lie my bill has been 28-33 dollars amo. in the winter its cold and the summer its warm enven with the air on. windows leak air ive killed bugs every day of the week the hall ways are dicusssssssting.my air doesn't work wright.they never painted or cleaned the carpets. holes in the wall etc. my lease is up soon so i might not make it til then.instead i might call the health dept.and have them come over here too check this place out. the sercurity system here is a joke.two big dumpsters outside and people can't throw there trash inside the dumpster thats funny as hell.
