I have never lived in a studio apartment before, but this worked well for me. Of course it depends on your needs, but if you work and aren't around a whole lot, it definitely works and is cheaper than the 1-bed. The Bentley staff is very accomodating and nice. I was only there for one year, but I felt that the studio served my needs. It helped that it was well lit with the balcony sliding doors and windows on another side because it was a corner unit. I never worried about noise. The parking lot usually has plenty of spaces open, although not great lighting, I never felt unsafe. Maintenance was fast and efficient, and I only had minor needs when there. On-site laundry was fairly cheap ($0.75 for wash and $0.75 for dry) and the laundry room was very clean and bright.
