I have lived in Benz Place for almost two years with wife and son.

Second floor apartment.

I have only ever seen one bug (spider - he was executed) in the apartment during that time.

Management is good about helping you out if you pay your rent on time (as we did); what I mean by that is they will give you discounts to get you to renew your lease.

They also replaced a door my son had busted on accident at no cost to us, because of our history with them.

This was about the same as my experience. I would have probably never moved out if it weren't for buying a house. I'm still thinking about moving back...
