The apartments are really nice.

We just moved in last June.

Since then, we have had very few problems with the place.

The pool is very nice and always clean.

Also, the fitness center is very nice.

Each apartment has its own large washer and dryer, which is very nice.

Also, they are new and extremely quiet.
During move in time, we did not like the view of the apartment they prepared for us (we moved in from out of town).

They were very willing to work with us and showed us another apartment that we just loved.

They switched us to the new apartment that day and we moved in, no hassles.

The management is very effective (they get things done), but they are a little pissy.

We have never had a bug problem.

We did have a couple of bugs, but they were taken care of promptly.

Also, the apartments are a little pricey.

The apartment is just huge! We have tons of space and the closets are great.

Also, the complex is always very quiet.

Recently we have had some stompers upstairs, but that's all.

Parking is sometimes a problem late at night and on weekends, but part of this problem is because of the apartment we picked.

They did warn us of this before we switched.
Overall, I love living in this apartment.

If you aren't in a position to buy a home it's a great alternative.
