I am in the middle of my year lease here and I CAN NOT wait for the day it expires. The management is the worst I have ever seen. Rudest woman I think I have ever met in my life. She is sweet as pie until almost the second you sign the lease things change and she becomes your worst nightmare. For what I pay here I should be treated with respect. She was rude to my family when they came to see the pool area (which is weak and doesnt actually have a deep end). Giving them the third degree about what business they had there, asking them who they were and who they knew and how long they would be there. After that then informed my family that I was at the pool and pointed directly to me so they would come and go as quick as possible. You can hear every footstep above you and especially someone coming down the stairs. Don't worry about noise because the ppl that live here have no pulse. Everyone is in bed by 10pm. Even on Sat. night. I have lived in a number of places and moving this far west was a bit of a change and i thought I would like the community thing, but i kid you not there are more kids here then at an elementary school. I even had one kid walk into my apt. stand there and stare at me as I was working on my comp. The kid says " this is my apt.!" As I replied, "umm no u have the wrong apt." he pointed his fake gun at me and pretended to shoot me and then ran off. As funny as that is, I was in shock that it had happened and thanked God I was decent. This is just one of the things that have gone wrong and I would not recommend this place. Sharon is stuck up and one of the nastiest people I have met. The money you spend to live here is worth at least a decent manager. There are 250 apts. in omaha there has to be one if not hundreds better than the Benz.
