I like the Benz place it was in a convienent place, the elementary school was great. There wasn't alot of kids in the apartments so my son had to go play with the kids from the hillsbourough some. The space was great, and we had no major problems. We did get sand blowing in through the front door, since the edgea are not that insulated. We also had a problem with our garbage disposal backing up and the wall are pretty thin and some of the neighbors were quite rambuctious. The landlord is noisy and pushy, but friendly in a old lady type way. I receive my deposit back when I relocated to another area within 2-3 weeks.
I would say this is a nice starter apartment for small families like mines of 3 people or roommates.
