The price you pay to live here is not worth what you get in return.
For the same amount of money, you could buy a house.
The apartments look nice on the outside but are very poorly constructed and it shows.
Something is contstantly falling apart.
My first floor apartment is full of bugs that never seem to go away.
Management is not very good at listening to what you are asking for.
The washer/dryer is a nice added plus as well as the location to many shopping outlets.

I never had any problems with bugs. The only "problem" I ever had was with ants OUTSIDE the apartment. The management called an exterminator and they were gone the next day. But, I'm sure if you're filthy, you might have problems with bugs. Dunno...
