I lived at benz place for two years.
Everyone was friendly at first, but with each issue coming up the office ladies became more difficult to work with.
The aparments are nice, spacious and in a good location.
The pool was usually crowded and it felt like everyone who lives there belongs in a sorority or fraternity house.
Most of the time it was quiet, but I had repeated problems with bugs, and maintence issues that weren't solved until my boyfriend fixed them.
The worst part was the badgering i got from the manager.
She was never helpful.
I did get my deposit back (and should have, I took good care of the place) but I wouldn't recommend these apartments.
Keep looking!
