This was one of several apartments that my wife and I looked at when we moved into Omaha. This one really stood out because of it's well designed apartments with fairly large living area, washer/dryer, outside storage room, available garages, and overall clean and tidy appearance.

Though we had very few maintenance issues, they were ALWAYS repaired in a timely manner and done correctly. The office staff always remembered our name when we came in to pick up packages and were very friendly. If it hadn't been for buying our house, we'd probably still be there. What reason would we have to leave' Plus, it's got a lot of great shops, restaurants and other stores nearby.

Overall, Benz Place was great and deserves a nice big thumbs up! It's hard to find such a quality living community these days. They seem to have pulled it off quite nicely!
