My fiance and I had already put down our deposit and are application fee and had moved from lincoln with a truckload of boxes ready to move in with our first months rent in hand ready to move in. The Manager of the apartment was very rude to us, she was rude to my sister and me, she was so rude that I was forced to ask for my deposit back because I was so appauled by the way she was treating me. I don't care what type of ammenities or area of town these apartments are in, no on has the right to treat people that way, she lost out on a year lease from us. I recommend at the first sign of any rudeness you tell her to be nice because you are her client and therefore she should treat you with respect. We took our money and our year lease to Oak brook apts where they were wonderful and actually got us approved that day.
