It s a nice enough place to live. The floor plans are large and it s a quiet place, but I have the same issues as everyone else management is really weird and my car was broken into. Whenever I talked to the manager it was interesting because she always knew something about me that she shouldn t. For instance, after I lived there over a year and had not spoken with her casually since I signed the lease, she asked me how my job was going and named the company I worked for. Then she asked me how my job search was going. I was confused so she told me that I mentioned to her that I was looking for a new job. That s true, but I told her that a year ago when I signed the lease CREEPY!

The worst is when she asked me about my girlfriend. I never told her I had a girlfriend nor did I live with her. The manager lady just saw a girl coming in and out of my building or apartment and she thought it would be ok to ask me about her CREEPY!

I would recommend Benz Place to a friend, but warn them about management and encourage them to get a garage. Cars get broken into all the time.

I have lived at Benz Place for 1 1/2 years and have never heard of a car being broken into. I never even see anyone walking around like they don't belong. This is the best complex in Omaha that I have lived at. As for the manager....you might find her creepy, but at least she knows what is going on. I would rather have a manager that keeps an eye on things, and on people coming in and out.
