I know that others have said that the management is wierd or rude, but that really hasn't been my experience. I lived in these apartments from 2003-2004 and moved back in 2005.

It's true that the manager knows a lot about her residents. However, I think that's a plus. She takes the time to really know who lives where so that she'll notice if something is out of place. All the office staff knows my name when I come to pick up a package and they've never been short with me or rude. They are however, usually very busy.

Snow removal is always prompt, garages are always available, and overall I would recommend the place to my grandmother.
