Very nice area! The complex has great facilities such as pool, gym, rack ball, volleyball, and hot tub that we used normally. Most of our neighbors were middle age professional, friendly, and easygoing. Management group is straightforward and simple to deal with. Our rent was priced fairly for area and surrounding completion the property is located next to a PGA golf course and homes valued at no less than 200K which is above average for the Omaha area. Very accessible to shopping, Movie Theater, fast food or fine dining. Fashionable bar area within walking distance for those warm summer nights. The apartment unit itself is well built so we did not notice our neighbors and it s relatively safe area too.
