My fiance and I moved in 3 months ago, and we've been very pleased with everything about this complex.

The individual buildings are all quite new, meaning that they've been built in accordance with the most recent fire codes.

This is an important fact because newer fire codes usually require the walls be thicker to prevent fire spread.

This obviously translates into quieter apartments, which is the case here.

Not exaggerating when I say that we have yet to hear our neighbors.

Apartments are spacious, especially those on 2nd and 3rd floor that have bay windows.

Appliances are much newer in kitchen than we had seen at any other apartment complex.

The greenspace is very well manicured, even little touches such as landscaping around the air conditioning units has been well thought out.

As for the amenities, the pool is great and the racquetball court as well as the sand volleyball and tennis courts are a nice touch.

The exercise room is a little small, but not crowded.

The tenants seem to be mostly young professionals.

A young, respectful crowd.

The location in relation to the area of town and conveniences is the best in the city.

Walmart, target, multiple grocery stores, countless resturants, Kohls, Blockbuster, etc.

are all within 1-4 blocks of the complex.

The complex itself, however, is nicely set back from Maple on a bit of a hill with a subdivision of nice homes behind it, so its not too concrete jungle.

22 min commute to creighton door to door.

Negotiate on rent, often times there are particular units that, for whatever reason, do not move as well as others.

Find out what those are and why they're not moving (i.e.

older carpet) and see what you can get for them.
