I have lived at Benz Place for one year now and just recently signed another years lease. I have really enjoyed living at Benz Place. The management is friendly, maintenance is prompt, property is well cared for, and overall it has a safe & relaxing atmosphere. The management does know their tenants very well, but I do not mind this and believe you will only have a problem with management if you deserve it. The average person living at Benz Place is middle aged business professional. If you are looking to have parties of lots of people in and out I would not recommend. Parking can be scarce sometimes, but usually not too bad. The only downfall to the place is cars have been broken into more than once since I lived here. Dont leave valuables in plain site and you should be good. Definitely recommend!!
