I LOVE it here!!!!

My husband and I moved into Benz Place about 6 months ago and I have no complaints.

Staff is very friendly , the maintenence is timely, the grounds are clean, it's quiet, we have a lovely view of the golf course, the apartments are very up to date and great looking, I could go on and on! Having your own washer and dryer that you don't have to pay a rental fee for is fantastic!! Great storage space! If I had one gripe it would be that the kitchen was a bit bigger but can't change that and we live in a one bed one bath on the second floor.

I absolutely love it here and if we don't get a house next year we will be signing another lease!
