Quiet and Mature

Good place to live if you like it quiet.

Don't move here if you are going to be loud and party because you will get in trouble and there isn't any tolerance for that.

Recently there were garage breakins.

The crooks popped the garage locks from the outside with screwdrivers or crowbars.

Omaha Police crime lab van was around dusting for fingerprints on a ton of garages.

Unfortunate, but that is the way apartment living goes.
