I have mixed feelings about living at Benz Place.
The positive: They are nice, clean apartments and they are roomy with lots of storage. There is a pool, the grounds are kept up, and it is safe. I always have a place to park pretty close to my building. You cannot hear the people next door to you on the same floor which is nice.
The negatives: You can hear people walking around above you and you can hear people walking up and down the stairways which also makes the floor shake. I was originally told there were concrete between the floors - this is not true.
The apartment manager is a very peculiar lady. She seems to never forget a name and she does seem to drive around and check up on the apartment complexes regularly. I am completely fine with that. She does take care of the grounds and apartments well. I get the feeling that all eyes are watching your every move here which i don't exactly care for.

As long as you can tolerate the peculiar apartment manager who seems to watch the property "very" closely and the noise of people walking around above you and up and down the stairs then you will be fine. If not, then it's not the place for you. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

In any apartment complex you will get some noise. That happens when people live side by side. I hear people on our stairs but they are outdoor hallways so that happens. I think it's a good thing that the apartment manager is watching out for the complex. I don't feel as if she always has an eye on me and she lives in the building across from me. I love it here and we will be renewing our lease for another year soon :)
