I suppose this will sound like I have nothing better to do than write apartment reviews & I should get a life, but I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I didn't put out a warning about this place because that's one of the purposes of a site like this: to educate & inform consumers. Remember: That's what you are, a paying consumer and you should go somewhere where you'll get your money's worth. Please evaluate this complex carefully before moving in here and INSIST on seeing the ACTUAL apartment YOU will be living in. An apartment is a big choice and if you choose the Biltmore, you will be disappointed. The people who work in the leasing office here are unprofessional & rude, the apartments are shabbily constructed, and, most of all, in response to the reviewer who said that the people in her building formed a "neighborhood watch" type of group, that is really unbelievable to me because anyone I encountered in the fitness center or in my building would not make eye contact or even offer a friendly hello.There was no sense of community here. The general feeling around this complex is that the people who live here are all just biding their time, waiting for their leases to run out so they can get the heck out of here. I also had big problems with mice and my apartment was freezing last winter. If you are like me, you work hard for your money and want to know that you are paying good money for a nice place to live, and the Biltmore is NOT it. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
