Every positive comment you read on here about the Biltmore is fake.
I know the girl who worked for the Richdale group whose responsibility it was to combat all of the negative (and completely true) comments on this site by countering with positive ones.
Do you want to know the truth' The Richadale/Slosburg group is out to screw you, and they'll do whatever it takes and they train their employees that way too.
Let's face it.
No place is going to be perfect & have everything, but you should expect to be treated with respect because, after all, you are in your own home.
DON'T LIVE HERE.

Tracey, I'm glad you're a "real person" living at the Biltmore. I'm a "real" hardworking person living at the Biltmore and I can't stand it here. It is absolutely absurd the way the staff treats you and never seems to be able to get anything done. Absolutely horrible.
