I have lived in these apartments for almost a year and can not wait until I can move out. The apartment itself is fantastic but the staff is awful. Maintnance people let themselves into my apartment without notifying me first, once while I was home. They nocked on the door and when I asked who it was they CAME IN as they said "maintnance". The office staff has been nothing but rude and unhelpful. One winter night (it was well below freezing) I came home and one of my neighbors had locked herslef on her balcony, we tried to call emergency maintnance for over an hour and the only person who answered phones said it was tough and that she couldn't get a hold of any one so that was just too bad. She ended up having to break out a window after being locked out for three hours to get inside, and then being charged for it.

There was an armed robery in the parking lot and several cars stolen from the parking lot, my car was keyed.

Whatever you do, don't rent from Slossburg Company or Richdale Group. Several people told me this before I moved in and I wish I had listened to them!!!

If you call in a maintanence issue, maintanence has the right to enter your apartment. You make it sound like they just come in unexpected and made themselves at home. There are over 650 apartments at Biltmore. Do you honestly expect someone to call you with an exact time as to when they are coming out a week in advance. Impossible!! Not only that, but you expect everything to get done TODAY, so why do you complain when maintanence does come? If they didn't show up at your convenience, too bad!, because you didn't call in a maintanence issue at their convenience either!!
