While comparable rents are a draw to this complex, which appears nice on the outside...living at the Biltmore is a whole other experience. The apartments are extremely cold and drafty in the winter, and snow removal is not even heard of. I had to buy my own shovel when I moved here almost 2 years ago. Dealing with the employees is almost comical. It's like they're speaking another language, especially when issues arise. They don't listen and are always trying to place the blame on everyone else. The many pools are nice, when they aren't closed for high bacteria amounts. And there are bugs everywhere in the apartments. I can't forget about the dogs either. BARKING all hours of the night and pooping anywhere they want. Even in the halls.
