Poor construction means you can hear and *feel* people walking around the apartments above or below you.
Poor maintenance, takes forever to get them to fix something and it usually takes 2 to 3 tries to get it right.
*Lots* of bugs that the office staff don't care about.
Absolutely not enough parking.
When you move out, kiss your deposit good-bye.
They'll ding you for things left and right that should be covered in normal wear and tear.
Cannot recommend this place despite the nice location and exterior looks.
