I have to say this.

For everyone complaining about how walls are thin or parking is 4 cars per apartment or that the maintance is not very good YOU LIVE IN APARTMENT.

You go anywhere else and you are going to have the same things.

For one not all partments are going to be made SOUND PROOF and second they can not monitor every car driven on property and third YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE HAVING MAINTANCE PROBLEMS.

Richdale owns a lot of properties and have to care of all their properties, someone who has their air conditioner broken or toilet broken are going to get a quicker response.

Just remember you are living in an apartment and you have to expect things are going to go wrong.
