Very, very limited parking. If you don't get a garage, expect to walk a ways; and expect to have you car plowed in when it snows.

Very, very thin walls. I learned a lot about my neighbors without ever having to meet them.

Uncaring and unresponsive office staff. Don't expect a call back or a prompt resolution to your maintenance requests.

Gouging on your deposit when you move out. Fees, fees and more fees.

There are good facilities when it comes to the pools....but it's supposed to be a place to live, not a day spa.
