The apartments are good, that is probably the only thing that is good about this apt complex.
The staff has lot of scope for improvement.
It is very essential that you check every smallest possible stain on the carpet when you move in or be ready to pay for it when you vacate.
To add lease-break clause they charge 350.
In addition, there is relet fees of 300.
We ended up paying 650 extra when we vacated the apts.
It felt aweful.
Most people don't read every line in the lease assuming it is a standard lease, but it has some extra clauses.
The staff does not necessarily explain all the charges when you sign the lease.
For example, relet charges.
When you move out, the carpet cleaning etc charges are charged to you without much exmplanation.
read every single clause and understand ALL the charges otherwise they can llot you by a few hundred dollars when you vacate.
