Don't move in.

The place is attractive, but not worth it.

There a zillion charges that you end up paying when you vacate.

Doesn't matter it is your lease or not...Move out check is pretty much microscopic.

They try to catch you in words and eventualy deduct money from your deposit.

Despicable people.

NEVER BE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!
