After living at the Biltmore for a little over four years, we have nothing but outstanding reviews for this awesome community. Trust me, we would not have lived here that long had we not enjoyed our apartment, our neighbors, the staff, etc. The only reason we are leaving is due to a death in the family and the need to now care for an aging parent. Were it not for that, we would absolutely not leave.

You cannot find a better location than this. Likewise, we never once felt unsafe or uncomfortable here. The outside is very well lit at night which bodes well for a person arriving home late from work after dark. Also, the security car that drives by constantly adds to the level of comfort.

People are friendly, people say hello on walks, etc, the staff is great and you really have the feeling of belonging to something special living here.

Our town home is beautiful and I envy the people who take it over from us. Actually, it is our sincere desire to return to Biltmore when life's path points us in that direction.

You cannot find a better community.
