Biltmore

 

I happen to know that "jason m" who wrote that "its wonderful here" at the Biltmore, is probably a fake.

"jason m" is more than likely an employee of the Richdale Group, the company who owns the Biltmore.

"jason m" talks about the "courteous and responsive" staff and talks about all the "new friends" he has made.

Friendly people'! At the Biltmore'! I dont thnk so.

The tenants are, for the most part, rude and stuck up and wouldnt attempt to talk to their neighbors even if there were flames shooting out of the windows of someone elses apartment.

Most people who live there would probably just walk on by and let the building burn down and thats not a bad idea because those buildings are a JOKE.

If you live in Nebraska and feel like freezing your hiney off, go live at the Biltmore! There must be no seals or weather proofing on the windows because we used to go outside to WARM UP in the dead of winter, there was SO much cold air coming in around the windows and under the doors...But does the leasing staff care' Heck no....THEY get to go home to their warm houses.

And if we werent going outside to warm up, we were going outside to get the heck away from the MICE and SPIDERS and SILVERFISH, but mostly the MICE! (Vermin carry germs, dont they, need I say more'!) And, here again, the staff in the office doesnt care.

The biggest dilemma they face every day is deciding where to order lunch from.

The snow removal was non-existent.

The parking lots were full of snow and ice all winter.

For what you pay to live in "Omahas Premier Apartment Community" youd think that youd be able to walk in the parking lots without ice skates.

Who am I' Nancy Kerrigan' Oh, but I guess the Richdale Group figures that a butlers pantry and walk-in closets should make up for twisted ankles.

I could go on and on, but you get the picture.

Dont live here.

Dont.

Dont do it.

There are places in Omaha that are going to treat you much better, but NONE of them have a sign out front that says "managed by the Richdale Group" so steer clear of ALL of those.(Vanderbilt & Lionshead are theirs too.) If the leasing staff all have smiles on their faces when you go into the office it is only because they were making fun of you and laughing at you as you got out of your car in the parking lot and were walking toward the office.

Those smiles are left over from them laughing at you because they were making snide comments about your hair or clothes.

I think the Richdale Group grows these women in labs and they are genetically designed to be rude and impatient and uncaring.

Again, for what the Richdale Group charges for rent at "Omahas Premier Apartment Community" youd think theyd take some of that money and send these ladies to charm school.

Do yourself a favor and pass the Biltmore on by.
