I lived in these "apartments" from 1997 until 2002.

I know, I know, how can I complain if I lived there for 5 years - well, I am going to anyway.

I sooo agree with the person about the MICE and SPIDERS and TONS OF BOXELDER BUGS.

The MICE thing, well, where do I start.

It was awful, all night long I would hear them running across the ceilings.

I would also hear them in the furnace closet.

ICK.

I called for help.

What do they do - they lay down those nasty stick strips.

Well, I don't want to see that either! The construction on the buildings - I was always convinced that they would topple over in the middle of a small wind storm - I had ice and snow form on the carpets under the deck doors.

BUGS everywhere.

It was just nasty.

So then, after five years of living there, they still pinged me for everything they possibly could upon move-out.

I barely got any deposit money back.

AND I had my rent raised continually - - even though the "state of the art fitness center" didn't open for 3 years.

So, I would not recommend that place.
