Creepy Maintenance Men! LADIES DON'T LIVE HERE!

I lived at the Biltmore for 1 year and during that time I had 2 very disturbing instances that should never have happened.
I am a woman living alone and want to let others who think the security systems in each apartment and the locked doors on the buildings are enough to keep you safe from intruders.
THEY AREN'T! What do you need alarm systems and secured entry for when the maintenance men have keys to your apartment and come in any old time they want'! Once, I came home and there was orange juice spilled all over the inside of my refrigerator.
I did not do this and I have never given ANYONE ELSE a key to my apartment.
I did not place a maintenance call either.
The second thing was even more disturbing: One night when I came home I discovered that someone had urinated on the bathroom floor around the toilet.
Again, I never called for any work to be done in my apartment, so no reason for anyone to be in there, right' I called the office and asked if anyone had gone into my apartment for any reason and was told "no." When I then reported to the woman in the office about what happened, her answer was, "I don't know what to tell you." WHAT' Absolutely no concern from her that someone had come into my apartment and done these things.
Absolutely no concern at all that I expressed to her that I now felt unsafe.
What else did these men do when they were in my apartment' I don't want to think about it.
