Nice apartments, VERY bad arrogant management!

Very stuck up arrogant management team.
None of the laddies who work there give a damn about customer service.
They will over charge for everything and change their policies on you (when I first signed up they said that signing a lease protected me from increases, then changed their mind and started increasing the rent every year).
The apartments are nice but I wish the owners of these buildings knew how bad the management was.
many folks I know didn't move there because of their arrogance! One time a friend of mine wanted to look at the apartment and she didn't have her ID on her, they wouldn't show the apartment and looked like they couldn't care less about loosing her business! mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
