I just called the office today to let them know that I left my curling iron on this morning, and asked them to turn it off for me in my apartment.

they were so nice and did it for me without any hassle or complaints and even delivered my package that was waiting at the office without me telling them to...this is just another example of how great the staff truly is and i could only assume the negative comments below were from disgruntled employees or evicted residents.
